The following are places of interest, tourist attractions and/or notable landmarks in Santo Tomas.
- Mount Manabo – 830 masl
- Museo ni Miguel Malvar – the official repository of the hero’s memorabilia and authentic records of his valiant life. General Miguel Malvar was born in Santo Tomas, was the highest military officer forced to surrender during the Philippine-American War. His decision to give up was to stop deaths and further deterioration of Filipino soldiers who were hungry, sick, and at the mercy of the superiorly armed American soldiers. Atop the museum is a bronze statue of General Malvar made by Napoleon Abueva – a national artist’s tribute to a national hero.
- Padre Pio National Shrine – located in Barangay San Pedro. This is a religious place consecrated to the Catholic saint famous for his extraordinary spiritual gifts, stigmata, exceptional piety/holiness, and powerful intercession. The different stations of the Cross built in the area draw crowds of devotees during Holy Week.
